STRANAHAN’S SHERRY CASK SINGLE MALT WHISKEY

Stanahan’s Colorado Whiskey has released a new batch of their Sherry Cask expression with an updated bottle design. The Sherry Cask is created by taking four year-aged Rocky Mountain Single Malt whiskey and transferring it to 5OO-liter Oloroso Sherry barrels to finish. The barrels have aged sherry wine for over 4O years, leaving behind a depth of flavor soaked into the oak staves. The resulting whiskey offers a nose of cherry, sweet apple, raisin and almond. Rich flavors of vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate and oak with a finish of buttery caramel and brown sugar. Suggested retail is $ $79.99. AVAILABLE FROM United Liquors.
