GRAY WHALE GIN

A California-made gin, Gray Whale is inspired by the migratory path of the Pacfic Gray Whale. The botanicals are all organically farmed or hand harvested along the whale’s 12,OOO mile journey from Baja California to Mendocino. Botanicals in the potstill are: juniper (Big Sur), kombu (Mendocino Coast) and almonds (Capay Valley). In the vapor basket are: limes (Baja California), fir tree (Sonoma) and mint (Santa Cruz). Proceeds from each bottle benefit ocean conservation. AVAILABLE FROM United Liquors.
