THE BITTER TRUTH DROPS & DASHES

For its tenth anniversary The Bitter Truth has released a limited-edition series of four drink flavorings: Blossom, Nut, Roots and Wood, all 42% ABV. Blossom uses summer blossoms from around the world including jasmine, hibiscus, iris and lavender. Nut is made with young black walnuts, muscovado sugar, prunes, raisins and roasted hazelnuts. Roots contains licorice, smoked and sweet spices and gentian root and iris roots. Wood uses oak, Peruvian bark, spice and sandalwood. All four are packaged in 1OOml white glass decanters with cork stoppers and an additional black dasher, and each sells for about $2O.
