Donard Gaynor has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.  Gaynor will be responsible for industry relations and building strategic commercial business partnerships.  As Senior Vice President and Managing Director-International, he lead the Allied Domecq brand acquisition and integration, as well as re-aligning its international route-to-market strategy.  Gaynor spent nearly a decade at The Seagram Spirits & Wine Group in a variety of executive leadership positions, including CFO, and played an instrumental role in the sale of the global business to Diageo and Pernod Ricard.  Also, Tom McPartlin is joining the organization as Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Business Systems Transformation Leader.  He will be responsible for leading the IT function, overseeing the company’s business systems transformation and Global Shared Services initiatives.  Prior to joining Beam Global, McPartlin held several senior executive leadership positions at Cadbury.
