DEWAR’S JAPANESE SMOOTH

Dewar’s has launched the latest iteration of their cask-finished blended Scotch whisky series. Utilizing the brand’s signature double aging process, and finished in Japanese Mizunara Oak casks this blend uses the porous qualities of the rare 2OO-year-old Mizunara oak tree variety, also known as the “water oak”, which is used for the Dewar’s cask resulting in a balanced and smooth finish. Notes of subtle floral honey and heather along with sandalwood aromas on the nose followed by cinnamon spice on the palate. Suggested retail is $25. AVAILABLE FROM Horizon Beverage Company.
