LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS

The Vermont craft brewer has released two limited specialty IPAs: Hopcelot and Super Session #8. At 7% ABV, Hopcelot is brewed with a diverse blend of eight hop varieties from the U.S. Pacific Northwest, Australia and New Zealand, giving the beer a complex flavor profile that boasts a punch of citrus and pine, yielding to a fruity finish. Super Session #8 is making its return to the market as part of the Super Session single-hop IPA series. Each beer in the series is made with the same malt base and specialty malts but is brewed with a different hop variety. The #8 is made with Mosaic hops which bring a medley of peach, mango, blueberry, and rose aromas and flavors. 4.8% ABV, light and refreshing.
