VIVERE ITALIAN VODKA

This hand-crafted, small-batch grape vodka is produced from 1OO% Glera Prosecco grapes grown in Valdobbiadene, Treviso, Italy. The fermented grape skins are distilled by means of an exclusive system using tall, vertical columns and specific software for the technical control of the distillation process. The vacuum distillation process involves a cycle of repeated passages in five different columns, 1O times distilled in a 24 hour period. Distillation is followed by three low temperature filtrations and diluted with spring water from the Dolimite Mountains in Veneto.
