JAMESON CASKMATES IPA EDITION

This is the second release in the series following a Stout Edition.  It was made by aging Jameson Irish Whiskey in barrels that had first been used to age the whiskey, then given to a brewer to age a beer and then returned to Jameson to age its triple-distilled whiskey at the Midleton, Ireland, distillery.  For both the Stout and IPA editions, Dave Quinn, Head of Whiskey Science at Jameson, partnered with Shane Long, head brewer at a local Irish craft brewery.  Suggested retail for a 75Oml $3O.
