GLENDALOUGH WILD BOTANICAL GIN

This new Irish gin is made with fresh, never dried, botanicals which are wild from the mountains around the distillery.  Some of the fresh botanicals included are pine shoots, elderflower, rose petals, mountain heather flowers and fraughan berries (wild blueberries) and pine with classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root and licorice bark forming the base of the gin.  It has fresh notes of juniper, citrus and pine on the nose and the taste is cool with summer flowers and spice on the palate.
