BERKSHIRE MOUNTAIN DISTILLERS SMOKE AND PEAT BOURBON

This new release is made from Berkshire Bourbon that has been previously aged in Virgin American white oak barrels and then transferred to casks that have been emptied an Islay single malt Scotch where it is finished.  Smoke and peat on the nose with spice, vanilla, chocolate and oak.  The bourbon notes fade leaving a lingering and layered taste of smoke, peat and a touch of iodine on the palate.  Suggested retail is $66.
