screen-shot-2016-09-30-at-1-20-31-pmThis is part of Jameson’s The Whiskey Makers Series, a range of three whiskeys, each highlighting a specific part of the whiskey making process. Cooper’s Croze showcases the characteristics of the barrels used for aging and the role played by the cooper in the whiskey making process. The whiskey’s name “Croze” is a tool used to make the groove where the head of the barrel is positioned in order to seal it. Aged in virgin American oak, seasoned bourbon and Iberian sherry barrels and bottled non-chill filtered. Suggested retail for a 75Oml is $7O.
