STROLLER FAMILY ESTATE WINES – There are three releases available from this Dundee Hills, Oregon winery: the 2OO9 Estate Pinot Noir, 2O1O JV Pinot Noir and 2O1O Reserve Chardonnay.  Aged for 1O months, the Estate Pinot Noir has aromas of violets, black cherry, kirsch, earth, mushroom, and spices.  It shows dark fruit flavors on the palate.  Medium body and tannins with a strong finish.  Suggested retail is $45.  Crafted exclusively from estate fruit, the Jeunes Vignes (Junior Vines) bottling has aromas of red raspberries, Bing cherries, floral notes, cinnamon, and clove.  The palate features brambleberry, bright acidity and medium tannins with red fruit flavors.  Suggested retail is $25.  Barrel fermented and aged in French oak, the Reserve Chardonnay has aromas of almond, orange zest, and melon, with honey brioche and white flowers.  Flavors of citrus and pear, accented with notes of baking spice and caramel on the finish.  Suggested retail is $28.  Available from Charles River Wine Company.
