KENWOOD JACK LONDON 2OO9 CABERNET SAUVIGNON – Aged in a mixture of 7O% French and 3O% American oak barrels for 24 months, this Cabernet has forward, concentrated fruit aromas of black currant, plum and fig, accented by cedar and tobacco notes.  The flavors are similarly bold – plum, black currant and raspberry, with undertones of cedar and spice.  A tiny percentage of Syrah was added into the final blend.  Suggested retail is $3O.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
