Crafted by Ireland’s Cooley Distillery, this new release is a blend of grain and malt whiskey aged in single use bourbon barrels resulting in a smooth Irish whiskey with the rich finish of an American bourbon.  The whiskey is an homage to John L. Sullivan, an Irish-American boxer from Boston who was the first American athlete to earn over $1 million.  As an initial gesture towards his native Boston, John L. Sullivan Irish whiskey has begun making donations to the Red Sox Foundation and the Greater Boston Food Bank, with the intention of increasing charitable giving as the brand grows.  Suggested retail is $22.99 for a 75Oml bottle.  Available from MS Walker.
