Crafted with pure water, select grains, proprietary yeast, and distilled and matured in select oak barrels, this is the first bourbon release from Early Times since 1983.  Amber in color, it has a spicy aroma with sweet fruit, fresh oak and corn notes underscored by a layer of vanilla and caramel.  The taste is of spice, caramel and vanilla that lead into a mixture of fresh and dried fruit notes.  The finish is warm with subtle hints of apple and corn.  Suggested retail is $15.99 for a 75Oml. in a retro-classic package similar to the 193Os Early Times bottle.
