This new release from Chopin is produced from golden rye naturally grown in the fertile Podlasie countryside in eastern Poland.  The family-owned company relies on a traditional copper still and a centuries-old process, distilling its vodka four times.  The result is a rye vodka that is silky, with a rich, balanced finish and a hint of spice.  Available from MS Walker.
