A new year-round offering, Solstice is the brewery’s rendition of a session ale.  It is flavorful and drinkable, with 4% ABV and 18 IBUs.  Available in 6-packs, Vermont Sampler 12-packs and on draft.  The spring release is a German-style Kölsch – a bright golden ale originating in Cologne, Germany.  Craft brewed with 2-row malt and malted wheat, and hopped with Tettnang and Liberty hops, this beer is crisp and refreshing with a dry finish.  Available through April, in 6-packs, 12-packs and on draft from Burke Distributing.
