Michael J. Dolan and John S. Galantic have been elected as Directors to the Board.  They will take the places of JAY MCDOWELL and GUY PEYRELONGUE, who are retiring.  Dolan, who retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom, Inc. in December 2OO6, currently serves on the board of directors of Mattel, Inc. and on the board of America’s Choice, a not for profit that provides solutions for educational organizations.  Previously, he held a variety of executive roles including partner with Booz, Allen & Hamilton; group executive with Peter Kiewit & Sons; senior executive roles at PepsiCo, Inc. and Chairman and CEO at Young & Rubicam.  Galantic is President, US and Chief Operating Officer of Chanel, Inc.  He was previously President of Coty Beauty US and prior to that was President and COO of KeraVision, Inc.  He was also Country General Manager of Consumer Healthcare for SmithKline Beecham PLC in Brussels and in London and Director of Category Management, Consumer Healthcare.  He currently serves on the board of Zoom Media, a privately owned company specializing in digital billboard advertising.
