Otter Creek Russian Imperial Stout, Otter Creek Mud Bock and Otter Creek Spring Ale Kölsch

This first release from the new Imperial series from Otter Creek has big malt flavors – chocolate and roasted – and high alcohol with lower carbonation and mild hops.  Available in 22-ounce bottles and on draft it has a 1O% ABV.  The Mud Bock is the latest release from the brewery’s World Tour series.  Available for a limited time, it is a hearty amber beer, with a balance of malts and hops and herbal and floral notes.  The Spring Ale Special Release – a German-style Kölsch – is a bright golden ale originating in Cologne, Germany.  Craft brewed with 2-row malt and malted wheat, and hopped with Tettnang and Liberty hops, this beer is crisp and refreshing with a dry finish.  Available through April, in 6-packs, 12-packs and on draft.
