MARTIGNETTI COMPANIES CELEBRATES NATIONAL TRUCK DRIVER APPRECIATION WEEK
Martignetti Companies is proud to kick off a weeklong celebration recognizing the dedication and hard work of their drivers and warehouse support teams in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
“This week is about recognizing our teams for their consistent hard work and the reliable service they provide our customers day in and day out,” said Stephen Doherty, Vice President/General Manager of Quality Beverage.
To show appreciation, Martignetti Companies is hosting various events throughout Truck Driver Appreciation Week at its distribution centers, including merchandise giveaways, gift cards, and raffles for all warehouse and delivery employees.
“Their consistent on-time deliveries reflect a high standard of service that keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures our customers receive what they need, when they need it,” added Steve Seaton, Vice President of Warehouse & Delivery for Connecticut.
This year’s National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, held from September 15-24, 2024, was established by the American Trucking Associations (ATA) to honor the contributions of professional truck drivers. With more than 3.6 million truck drivers nationwide, they play a crucial role in delivering essential goods such as food, beverages, medicine, clothing, and fuel. Notably, 80% of U.S. families rely exclusively on trucking for the delivery of these goods.
