In partnership with Free Flow Wines, this Cabernet Sauvignon is now available to the on-premise in a reusable 19.5L stainless steel keg – the equivalent to 26 standard wine bottles.  Wine on tap offers operators the benefits of a more economical by the glass price, more storage space, the elimination of spoilage, and better efficiencies resulting in less waste.  Preserved by a combination of inert gases, 75% nitrogen and 25% carbon dioxide, this Cabernet will remain fresh for up to six weeks after being tapped.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
