US BARTENDER’S GUILD

 CHARLES JOLY has been named the 2O14 US Bartender of the Year.  Joly, from Chicago, was given the title after proving his skills during five challenges during two days of competition in June at the biggest US bartender competition of the year held in New York.  Joly will now travel to Great Britain to compete with 5O worldwide bartenders at dual-location event –  to be judged by international cocktail luminaries while vying for the chance to win the title of “Diageo World Class Bartender of the Year”.  The Global Finals will highlight Scotland’s art of blending and London’s contemporary global cocktail culture.
