NOVO FOGO CACHACAS – Certified organic and produced in a zero-waste distillery, this line of hand-crafted cachaças from Southern Brazil includes a silver and a gold aged marque.  The spirits are also 1OO% natural, gluten-free, and vegan.  The silver cachaça is rested in steel for 1 year, and the gold is aged in repurposed Bourbon casks for 2+ years.  Suggested retail is $29.95 for the silver and $34.95 for the aged.  Available from Burke Distributing.
