Mike Jaeger is joining as COO.  Jaeger had served as President and COO of Wilson Daniels and has been consulting for a private equity firm evaluating wine acquisitions.  Jaeger will be working with the family on strategy and business development.  Previously he was President of Canandaigua Wine, a division of Constellation Brands, and later President of Vincor, prior to it being acquired by Constellation.  Jaeger, among other things, held the position of President and COO at Partida Tequila.
