(OOPS) CARMENERE BLENDS
These wines are produced at Vina Undurraga, one of the oldest wineries in Chile, by winemaker Alva Espinoza, known as the father of Carmenere.  (oops) Sauvignon Blanc/Carmenere has natural acidity, pink grapefruit and mandarin orange with a hint of spice.  With aromas of ripe red fruit and chocolate the 1OO% Carmenere is well-structured with a smooth finish.  The Cabernet Franc/Carmenere has a light touch of oak and perfect balance.  The medium-bodied Carmenere/Merlot blend has blackberry and oak flavors, with a smooth texture.  Suggested retail on the (oops) wines is $11.99 per 75Oml.  Available from Baystate Wine & Spirits.
