The SUD de FRANCE MASTER-LEVEL PROGRAM’s
next session will take place from 9:3Oam to 5:3Opm on MARCH 12 and 13 at the Martignetti Companies, 975 University Avenue in Norwood. Presented by Matthew Stubbs, Master of Wine, the two-day intensive Master Class is an official course of study designed for the wine trade on the wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon. The program has been created jointly by the Languedoc Roussillon Region (Sud de France), the French Wine Society and Matthew Stubbs, MW and Director of Vinécole. This master-level program provides detailed information on the Languedoc-Roussillon region’s climate, grapes and viticultural practices. It explores the region’s geology, topography and soils, plus explains the specificities of wine production past and present. All the individual AOPs and IGPs will be covered over the course of the session. Tuition is $4OO.
