NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF STATE LIQUOR ADMINISTRATORS

WILLIAM KELLEY, Massachusetts General Council for the ABCC, has been named as the 1st Vice President of the organization.  Other appointments include: Tennessee ABC Executive Director DANIELLE ELKS as President; RICK GARZA, Washington, as 2nd Vice President; ROGER JOHNSON, Wisconsin, as 3rd Vice President; THOMAS GRONEMAN, Kansas, as Central Region Chairman; and ANNE HUTCHISON, North Dakota, as Vice Chairperson.  Northern Region Chairman and Vice Chairperson are CURTIS COLEBURN, Virginia, and JOHN CORDREY, Delaware, respectively.  Southern Region Chairman and Vice Chairperson are ROBERT HILL, Alabama, and SHERRY COOK, Texas, respectively.  Western Region Chairman and Vice Chairperson are MATTHEW BOTTING, California, and RUDY WILLIAMS, Oregon, respectively.  TARA HEATH of Boston Beer Company, was names as Industry Representative, as was EVAN LAWSON of Lawson & Weitzen, LLP.  PAMELA FRANTZ accepted the position of Executive Director.
