In honor of its recent distillery expansion, The Glenlivet has released Founders Reserve, a limited edition single malt.  Master Distiller Alan Winchester specially crafted the Founders Reserve which is characterized by its rich and velvety smooth mouth followed by a long and lingering finish.  The nose offers a full array of fruity flavors ranging from sweet orange marmalade and apricots to warm fruitcake and is balanced with the tart and spicy aromas reminiscent of sweet rhubarb and ginger jam.  The Clementine and sweet caramel toffee taste envelope the mouth and finish with a hint of spicy cinnamon and raisin.  Suggested retail is $375 for a 75Oml bottle.  Available in limited quantities from United Liquors.
