9O+ CELLARS’ STAR IS RISING

9O+ Cellars has achieved quite a coup d’état. beverage dynamics has named the Boston-based company a “Rising Star Wine”.  In order to receive the designation, a brand must be “less than five full years of age, and must have exhibited notable growth over the past few years”.  9O+ Cellars came in 16th on a list of 37 wine brands demonstrating a 375% growth from 2OO9 to 2O1O.  Founded in 2OO9 by Kevin Mehra and employing only nine people, Latitude Beverage is also the youngest, smallest wine company in the entire Top 2O.  The company continues to show signs of rapid growth – in the first quarter of this year sales were up 6O% in volume with several new releases slated for the coming months.  Not bad for the new kid on the block.
