KORBEL CALIFORNIA BRUT CHAMPAGNE

Korbel Champagne Cellars is introducing its first California Brut Champagne made entirely with organically grown grapes.  This new release is a crisp, delicate and bright champagne.  The organically grown grapes deliver aromas and flavors of apple, pear and white peaches.  The finish is medium dry, with a slight savory note at the end.  The grapes used to make the new Brut Champagne have been produced according to the USDA organic certification requirements.  Like all Korbel California champagnes, the new Brut is made according to the traditional méthode champenoise technique.  Suggested retail is $15.99.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
