Oval America, importers from Austria, will launch Oval Vodka into select US markets. Renowned homeopathic scientist Professor Valery Sorokin has patented an 11-day process that structures the vodka. The process combines water and alcohol in a way that is different – it arranges the vodka so that the water surrounds the spirit. The result – water prepares the palate for a smooth taste. This can only be accomplished at 48, 84 and 112 proof. At 84 proof, this vodka tastes great straight and makes even better cocktails.
