ABCC MINIMUM PURCHASE AGE COMPLIANCE CHECKS

The Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission Enforcement Division has announced that they will conduct Minimum Purchase Age Compliance Checks throughout the Commonwealth, starting on March 1, 2024, and continuing through September 30, 2024. There will also be Minimum Purchase Age Compliance Checks for Direct Wine Shipper starting on March 1, 2024 and continuing through December 31, 2024. The full announce follows.
