CEO STELLA DAVID is stepping down at the end of February and she’ll be succeeded by current Chief Commercial Officer, SIMON HUNT.  David joined the drinks company in 2OO9 and has decided to focus on building upon her existing portfolio of non-executive directorships.  At William Grant & Sons, she oversaw the acquisition of Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey and Drambuie.  Hunt has been with the company since 2OO7, initially as Managing Director, North America, and in 2O13 he was promoted as Chief Commercial Officer.  He’ll become CEO on March 1, and David will continue in an advisory capacity until the end of May.
