The drinks company has named KATHRYN MIKELLS Chief Financial Officer.  She joins from Xerox Corporation, where she was CFO.  Mikells has an extensive background, having worked in a number of senior finance jobs for global consumer facing and B2B businesses including United Airlines, where she spent the majority of her career.
