BUFFALO TRACE DISTILLERY EXPERIMENTAL COLLECTION

This is the last of its Experimental Collection consisting of barrels aged for the same length of time on different floors in the same warehouse. This release uses wheated bourbon instead of the rye bourbon mash. The Warehouse Floors Experiment started in 2OO1 when Buffalo Trace filled 15 barrels with a wheat bourbon mash bill and placed five barrels on floors one, five, and nine of Warehouse K. This brick warehouse has nine wooden floors in total and was chosen for this experiment due to the variety of tastes it provides during the aging process.
