Vermont whiskey maker WhistlePig has released its 2O14 vintage, nicknamed “The Spirit of Mortimer” as a nod to Mortimer WhistlePig, the distillery’s deceased Kune Kune pig mascot and namesake. The 1OO% rye whiskey aged nearly 14 years in a combination of new American oak and used bourbon barrels and was bottled at cask-strength. Suggested retail for a 75Oml is $199.
