DIEP9 YOUNG and OLD GENEVER

DIEP9 YOUNG and OLD GENEVER – These are traditional Belgian genevers handcrafted in 52-gallon batches.  The Young is distilled from rye, wheat and malted barley (15% malt wine) with nine botanicals according to 19th century distilling techniques.  The Old is distilled from a similar grain bill but with a 4O% malt wine and according to 16th century distilling techniques, then aged in French oak for two years.  Both are bottled in clay genever jugs.  Suggested retail for the Young is $35 and $39 for the Old.  Available in 75Oml bottles from Burke Distributing.
