KENWOOD JACK LONDON 2O11 CABERNET SAUVIGNON and MERLOT – Aged for 25 months in small French and American oak barrels, this Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black cherry and black raspberry, with graphite, sage and vanilla accents.  Soft, well-integrated tannins enhance the mouthfeel and lead to a balanced finish.  Suggested retail is $3O. The Merlot’s forward raspberry, blueberry and Italian plum aromas are complemented by understated mint and herb notes.  Blueberry, raspberry and Italian plum also dominate the flavors, and are similarly accented by herb notes.  Silky texture and well-balanced.  Suggested retail is $25.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
