BROWN-FORMAN

JANE MORREAU has been named CFO and Executive Vice President of Brown- Forman upon the retirement of current CFO DON BERG, who is retiring at the end of the current fiscal year on April 3O.  Morreau has over 22 years of business and financial experience at Brown-Forman, most recently in a leadership developmental assignment as Senior Vice President and Chief Production Officer.  Berg will hand-off his duties to Morreau on January 31, and will assist in the transition of responsibilities through his retirement date.  He served in a variety of leadership roles during his 25 years with B-F.  He also led the company’s spirits business across the Americas and oversaw corporate development, strategy and finance before becoming CFO in 2OO8.
