LAMBISE CLASSIQUE and GINGE

LAMBISE CLASSIQUE and GINGE – A blend of Belgian Lambic and Belgian Ale, Lambise is a beer specifically designed to be mixed in cocktails.  The Classique has floral aromas with spicy notes from coriander.  On the mouth it opens crisp and tart and finishes dry, resulting from a combination of carbonation and smooth bitterness.  Notes of clove and toffee aromas.  Mixes well with floral spirits such as gin and sweet vermouth; pairs well with red fruits and citrus.  The Ginge has a zesty and earthy aroma with fruity notes in the background.  On the mouth is has initial heat of ginger, a light touch of sweetness and a warm finish.  Mixes well with brown spirits like spiced rum, tequila and whiskies; pairs well with berries and citrus fruits.  Available from August A.
