CRAFT BREWERS GUILD + BLUEPRINT BRANDS

CRAFT BREWERS GUILD of Boston has added a craft spirits division, Blueprint Brands, which will feature a portfolio of craft distilleries. The portfolio currently includes brands from Lexington Brewing and Distilling of Lexington, Kentucky; Pür Spirits of Germany; Sound Spirits of Seattle, Washington; New England Distilling of Portland, Maine, 1512 Spirits of San Francisco, California; Middle West Spirits of Columbus, Ohio; Truth Spirits of France; SW4 Gin of England; Dulce Vida Tequila of Mexico; and 123 Organic Tequila of Mexico. The portfolio also features a small selection of handcrafted spirits from European and Asian suppliers, courtesy of importer B. United International. This new spirits division stems from the success that Blueprint Brands has seen with other L.Knife and Son companies – Union Beer in New York City and Hunterdon Distributors in New Jersey. Blueprint Brands also operates in New Jersey and will begin operations in Connecticut next month. The Maryland/Washington, DC market will follow either by the end of the year or the first quarter of 2O14.
