WINE & SPIRITS WHOLESALERS OF AMERICA

JACOB HEGEMAN has joined the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) as Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs.  In this newly-created position, Hegeman will monitor and engage in relevant federal regulatory efforts and serve as a resource regarding federal agency actions and proposals.  He will also support WSWA regulatory efforts at the state level through participation in the National Council of State Liquor Administrators, the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association and other organizations.  In addition, he will monitor, analyze and provide guidance on federal and state litigation impacting the wine and spirits wholesale industry.
