TIPS ID APP

THE TIPS (TRAINING FOR INTERVENTION PROCEDURES) PROGRAM has released a Mobile ID Guide app.  As part of TIPS training, participants learn to verify the authenticity of an ID, a task that has become more challenging as fake IDs have become more sophisticated.  The Guide is a mobile, digital catalogue that displays images and unique features of IDs from all 5O states, Canada, Puerto Rico, and more.  Servers, bartenders and law enforcement can quickly verify the authenticity of any ID. It displays front and back images for each ID and highlights features such as unique ultra violet (UV) components, microprint, laser perforation, tactile patterns, and more. In addition, the app offers quarterly updates to ensure that users have access to the most current IDs. Suggested retail is $23.95. Volume discounts are available.
