CHÂTEAU MAYNE-PARGADE BORDEAUX

CHÂTEAU MAYNE-PARGADE BORDEAUX – Located in Entre-Deux Mers, this winery produces both a red and a white Bordeaux.  The easy-drinking Cabernet-Merlot blend has a slightly musky bouquet with blackberry jam aromas.  Clean on the palate, it is rounded out with a spicy finish.  A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, the rich white Bordeaux is cold-fermented with a slight floral scent and a fresh taste.  Suggested retail for each is $9.99.  Available from Wine-Cask Imports.
