NARRAGANSETT BOCK
NARRAGANSETT BOCK
-A traditional Bavarian helles lager, Narragansett Bock is brewed with light and dark Munich malts, Pilsner malt, and Malted Wheat, and is hopped with Northern Brewers and Hallertau hops. Drier, hoppier, and slightly more bitter than a traditional bock, it has a relatively low hop flavor, rich golden color and full body. Narragansett Bock originally debuted in the 1930s after the repeal of Prohibition. The English translation of the word Bock is literally “ram”, a picture of which is featured on the can. Suggest retail is $7.99 to $8.99 per 6-pack. Available on draft and in 16-ounce Tallboy cans from Atlas Distributing, Burke Distributing, Colonial Wholesale Beverage, Commercial Distributing, and Merrimack Valley Distributing.
