This Shiraz has a nose of rich ripe plum and black pepper spice with mocha and coffee highlights and velvety tannins.  The nose on the Cabernet Sauvignon is of blueberry, cassis, licorice, and spice with a balanced flavor of oak and fruit.  Both are aged 14 months in American oak.  Suggested retail is $19.99 per 75Oml.  Available from Baystate Wine & Spirits.
