THE BITTER TRUTH APRICOT and VIOLET LIQUEURS 
Made from the juice of sun-ripened Klosterneuburg apricots and an apricot eau de vie distilled from the same fruit, this amber colored Apricot Liqueur is sweet and fruity.  The aroma of ripe apricots dominates with a hint of almond from the apricot pits used in distillation.  The Violet Liqueur is made from a combination of fine grain spirit and the essence of wild violet blossoms from the Alps.  It is slightly sweet and floral with a violet color.  Suggested retail for each is $28 for a 75Oml.  Available from Ruby Wines.
