VIU MANENT EL INCIDENTE CARMENERE

This Chilean wine is a limited edition blend of 85% Carmenere, 1O% Petit Verdot and 5% Malbec.  All bottles are individually numbered.  This wine has all the spicy characteristics of Carmenere with flavors of blueberry jam, chocolate and mocha that stand out on the palate for a complex and refined profile.  The fine tannins combine with the fresh and balanced acidity and are backed by an abundance of mineral notes.  The wine is aged in oak (97% French, 3% American) for 21 months.  When cellared properly, it can age up to 14 years.  Suggested retail is $59.99 per 75Oml.  Available from Baystate Wine & Spirits.
