VALLEY OF THE MOON 2O1O UNOAKED CHARDONNAY
Cold-fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks, this Chardonnay has fresh forward aromas of orange blossom, tangerine, lime, and mineral.  Lime, green apple and kiwi fruit flavors are accented by subtle minerals.  Twenty percent of the young wine underwent malolactic fermentation to enhance mouthfeel and temper acidity in the final blend.  Suggested retail is $14.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
