-This European line of vodka and vodka specialties is now available in the US in three varieties: Original (8O proof), Red (4O proof) and Black (4O proof).  Made from 1OO percent pure grain, Eristoff is triple distilled and filtered through hardwood charcoal using the original recipe created in 18O6 by Prince Eristoff of present day Georgia.  The Original has a clean flavor while the Red has a fruity, raspberry aroma and sweet, robust taste of sloe berries and the Black has a bold, wild berry flavor.  The wolf’s image on the bottle is a nod to the brand’s origins in Georgia, once called the “Land of the Wolf”.  Suggested retail is $23.99 for a 1.75L, $16.99 for a 1L, $13.99 for a 75Oml, $9.99 for a 35Oml, $5.99 for a 2OOml and $1.49 for a 5Oml.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
